Our client is a Singapore-based Boutique consulting firm. They are working with a leading University group in Singapore is undergoing a process digitization and data analytics transformation. The initiative focuses on consolidating legacy systems into a modern, digitized solution with minimal manual touchpoints. The current focus is on two schools, with the potential to scale across 10 schools in the future.

The Process Digitisation & Automation Consultant will focus on process digitization and automation, analyzing existing workflows and designing solutions that streamline operations. This role is hands-on and technical, requiring experience in assessing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and architecting optimized digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current processes across schools and identify opportunities for digitization and automation.
• Architect and implement streamlined processes using tools such as Smartsheet (open to other tools if appropriate).
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Support adoption by providing guidance and recommendations for minimal manual touchpoints.
• Assist in documenting processes, creating workflows, and tracking implementation progress.

Profile Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in process digitization and optimization, preferably in complex or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to analyze existing workflows and design digital solutions that improve efficiency.
• Proficient in process automation tools, Smartsheet preferred. Familiarity with other digital workflow platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Location: Remote possible, ideally within Southeast Asia timezone.
• Engagement Type: Part-time (2–3 days/week)
• Duration: Initial 1-month engagement, with potential extension based on project needs.
