We are working with the Managing Partner of the ASEAN Healthcare & Lifesciences practice of a Global Consulting firm. He is seeking a highly experienced healthcare aerosols specialist with proven expertise in product development, manufacturing, and market-specific adaptation within the ASEAN and Thailand healthcare sectors.

Knowledge and expertise in some or all of the following areas:

• Product Development and Innovation:
• Designing and developing aerosol healthcare products such as inhalers, nasal sprays, meter-dosed sprays, and nebulizers.
• Formulating active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) suitable for aerosol delivery.
• Innovating in device engineering to improve ease of use, effectiveness, and patient compliance.
• Manufacturing and Scale-Up:
• Overseeing or managing large-scale manufacturing processes for aerosol products
• Ensuring manufacturing adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.
• Troubleshooting production issues and optimizing processes for cost-efficiency and quality
• Regulatory and Quality Assurance:
• Navigating regional and international regulatory requirements for aerosol medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
• Preparing documentation for regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Conducting or overseeing quality control and assurance activities.
• Market Knowledge & Regional Focus:
• Deep understanding of healthcare needs, market trends, and customer preferences in regions like ASEAN and Thailand.
• Experience working with local regulatory bodies such as the Thai FDA and ASEAN medical device directives.
• Knowledge of regional logistics, GTM, distribution, and compliance standards.
• Clinical & Scientific Expertise:
• Understanding of respiratory physiology and pharmacology related to aerosol delivery.
• Collaborating with clinical research teams to support product efficacy and safety studies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Working with R&D, regulatory affairs, manufacturing teams, and marketing.
• Leading or participating in multidisciplinary projects to bring new aerosol products to market.
• Project Management & Leadership:
• Managing product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
• Leading teams and coordinating with external partners or suppliers.
• Knowledge of Environmental and Safety Standards:
• Ensuring products comply with safety regulations regarding propellants and environmental impact.
