Our client based in Jordan and Saudi Arabia is looking for a highly skilled Strategy Specialist to work closely with the leadership team, guiding and facilitating strategic initiatives that enable effective prioritisation and decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge of professional services, coupled with experience in business transformation, B2B technology, and productisation. This role will also play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of the organisation’s sales strategy to drive growth. This is an intensive 1–2 month project to be concluded before the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic planning sessions for the leadership team to define priorities and focus areas.
• Analyse and interpret industry trends in the professional services sector to inform decision-making.
• Support the transformation of the business into a B2B technology company, including productisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimise business processes, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning.
• Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and report on key performance indicators.
