Our client, a global consulting firm, is supporting a leading consumer goods company in the kitchenware and kitchen appliances category to accelerate topline growth through strengthening sales and distribution capabilities.
The client is looking to onboard two hands-on Sales Consultants with strong experience in sales & distribution (general trade) to support sales execution and expansion across priority markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with branch managers and zonal managers to execute sales acceleration initiatives
- Conduct data analysis and prepare insights to guide local sales strategies
- Undertake regular market visits to assess on-ground realities and identify new opportunities
- Support distributor/channel engagement, influencer management, and market expansion initiatives
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track growth progress
- Contribute to capability-building for client sales and distributor teams
Your Background:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in sales & distribution, ideally in consumer goods or building materials with exposure to general trade
- Exposure to consumer goods sales and channel strategy
- Education: MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes preferred; otherwise, undergraduate degree from a Tier 1 college
- Skills: Strong sales execution, channel management, distributor engagement, and analytical ability (Excel/PowerPoint)
- Language Requirement:
- 1 consultant must have fluent Tamil & English
- 1 consultant must have fluent Hindi & English

- Number of Roles: 2 Consultants.
- Duration: 12+ months (extendable).
- Location: Bangalore (1 consultant may be based out of Delhi/Bangalore, 1 from Tamil Nadu/Bangalore).
