Our client, an Indonesian fintech venture fully owned by a leading global bank, is looking to build an in-house sales team of mid-to-senior B2B sales leads to drive new business acquisition across Indonesia.
This is a hunter-focused, full-time role requiring hands-on prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals. The ideal profile should be comfortable operating independently, able to scale pipelines quickly, and skilled in multi-channel prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients across SME and enterprise segments.
- Build a robust pipeline from scratch using multiple channels: networking, industry associations, LinkedIn, referrals, events.
- Engage with C-level and decision-makers (owners, finance, operations) to present Labamu’s solutions.
- Sell Labamu’s POS, SaaS, ERP-lite, and digital SME services to F&B, retail, manufacturing, and service industries.
- Manage end-to-end sales process: prospecting, demoing, negotiating, closing, and onboarding.
- Track and report pipeline stages, forecast accuracy, and sales KPIs using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Meet aggressive targets: 12–15 meetings per week, 80–120 touches per week, high-volume pipeline management.
- Mentor junior team members where applicable.
Ideal Profile:
Experience:
- 6+ years in B2B sales, with proven experience selling POS, SaaS, ERP-lite, or enterprise solutions.
- Prior experience with SMEs, F&B chains, retail, manufacturing, or service industries.
- Exposure to decision-makers and enterprise stakeholders in Indonesian markets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Hunter – able to build pipeline from zero; not reliant on marketing leads.
- Enterprise consultative selling; strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strategic multi-channel prospecting: networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events.
- Strong C-level presentation and communication skills.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho); disciplined in reporting and forecasting.
- Mentoring and team support capability.
Languages:
- Bahasa Indonesia required.
- English at a business level preferred
