A leading financial institution is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the delivery and optimisation of its rewards program. The role will be central to maintaining the program’s operational integrity, ensuring content is effectively managed and presented, and driving improvements across marketing processes.
The consultant will play a key role in supporting platform enhancements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. This is a Sydney-based hybrid engagement (minimum two days in office), offered as a 12-month full-time contract with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations for the rewards program, including content uploads and management.
- Support operational requirements associated with the launch of a new consumer-facing digital channel.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies to streamline offer management and campaign execution.
- Contribute to the implementation of new content curation technology and other loyalty platform enhancements.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support planning and execution of marketing activities.
- Monitor and report on offer performance to inform optimisation strategies.
