This is a standalone, hands-on role covering the full HR spectrum—ranging from advising co-founders and implementing processes to managing HR administration. The HRBP will play a crucial role in embedding strong HR practices, shaping organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian employment law as the venture continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR lead for the venture, managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Partner directly with the co-founders, providing advice on HR policies, processes, and people-related decisions.
- Implement and oversee HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Navigate local Indonesian labor law and cultural practices to ensure effective people management.
- Manage talent acquisition efforts to support business growth, leveraging both internal and external vendor resources.
- Develop and implement frameworks for organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Build strong alignment with SC Ventures and the broader SCB HR community, maintaining compliance and ensuring synergy with group standards.

- Full-spectrum HR expertise, from policy design to administration.
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills to work effectively with co-founders and group HR leaders.
- Proven track record in implementing HR processes in growing/start-up environments.
