Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Actuarial Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will perform a range of technical actuarial tasks, working with complex systems and large datasets, and will support the Senior Actuarial Specialist in delivering accurate, high-quality work to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical actuarial work using specialised systems, models, and software packages.
• Check, manipulate, and analyse large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and key insights.
• Ensure technical accuracy and proper implementation of actuarial work.
• Translate complex actuarial concepts into clear, client-friendly language for communication purposes.
• Accompany and assist the Senior Actuarial Specialist on projects, presentations, and client interactions.
• Work under supervision to execute tasks in line with provided instructions, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Progress towards Actuarial Board exams will be advantageous.
• Previous exposure to actuarial work, financial services, or insurance industry preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and actuarial modelling tools beneficial.
