Our client is preparing to deliver a high-impact AI Design Sprint programme for a cohort of leading Turkish publishers in October. The initiative will focus on practical use cases and innovation opportunities at the intersection of AI, publishing, and media.

We are seeking two experienced Turkish-speaking consultants to support this programme - a Senior Consultant and a Manager - to lead sprint design, stakeholder engagement, and in-person facilitation.

The role will include remote preparation in September, followed by a 3-day on-site delivery in Turkey in October.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of AI Design Sprints for publishing clients
• Facilitate high-level workshops and discussions with Turkish-speaking client stakeholders
• Manage key client relationships and oversee delivery logistics
• Support development of workshop materials and sprint toolkits in Turkish
• Drive practical implementation of AI-related use cases within publishing/media

Ideal Profiles

Senior Consultant

• 3 - 4 years of experience in tech, AI, or digital transformation projects
• Fluent in Turkish (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Publishing/media experience is a strong bonus

Manager

• 5+ years of consulting or project leadership experience
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering strategic programmes
• Deep experience in AI, digital innovation, or media tech
• Fluency in Turkish and strong familiarity with Turkiye's media landscape
