Project Overview

Our client a leading apparel firm located in Gurgaon, seeks a senior brand communications leader to direct and elevate its brand experience across India, Nepal, and forthcoming strategic markets. This opportunity is a key part of the client’s ambition to reinforce brand equity, accelerate market presence, and drive customer engagement as they expand their geographic and category footprint.


As the Head of Brand Communication, you will play an instrumental role in shaping integrated brand strategy, executing multi-channel campaigns, and leading a high-caliber creative team. Collaborating cross-functionally and closely with strategic external partners, your work will directly influence consumer perceptions, loyalty, and the client’s growth trajectory across both established and emerging markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement holistic brand strategies that align with organizational objectives, expanding reach and resonance among diverse audiences.
  • Lead end-to-end content and campaign development across digital, print, TV, social media, influencer networks, and high-impact partnerships.
  • Orchestrate annual brand calendars, align and onboard strategic partners, product managers, and channel teams to unify brand messaging.
  • Ensure seamless execution of media plans (ATL/BTL/PR), oversee budgets, and closely monitor brand equity, funnel scores, and campaign ROI.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency at every touchpoint; steward the integration of brand values throughout the consumer journey.
  • Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation and creative excellence.
  • Monitor consumer insights, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to proactively refine strategies.


Your Background

  • MBA in Marketing with 12–14 years’ progressive leadership in brand communication, with hands-on expertise in ATL/BTL media, digital, and PR.
  • Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing large-scale integrated campaigns across channels and categories.
  • Prior engagement with or leadership roles at one of the Top 5 creative agencies in India.
  • Mastery of media planning, production processes, influencer strategy, partnership building, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Deep analytical capability and creative flair, with a proven ability to translate market trends and research into actionable brand initiatives.
  • Outstanding team leadership, communication, and strategic presentation skills.
