We are working with the supply chain and trade advisory arm of a global management consulting firm. This division is actively tracking opportunities emerging from the recent finalization of the US–Vietnam trade agreement. In particular, the focus is on helping clients strategically shift parts of their supply chains out of China into Vietnam to navigate new tariffs and transhipment duties.
To support these shifts, the firm is building a curated pool of Vietnam-based sector experts who can be deployed on a project basis. These professionals will work as independent or project-based advisors, supporting clients in evaluating, optimizing, or establishing manufacturing and supply chain operations across key sectors in Vietnam. The model allows flexibility to engage experts part-time—even those currently employed—provided there is no conflict of interest.
