Our client a Global Payments Firm is currently carrying out a project for a leading bank in Azerbaijan. To support with this, our client is looking to onboard an individual in the capacity of Stream Lead - Affluent Banking & Wealth Management.

The primary objective of this role is to lead the Affluent Banking & Wealth Management stream for the end client bank, focusing on driving strategy, product development, and client engagement initiatives targeting affluent and high-net-worth customer segments. The role will involve close coordination with internal end client stakeholders, product teams, digital channels, and external partners to deliver premium banking experiences and expand affluent segment penetration. 

This is a 12-month full-time onsite engagement in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development & Execution: Define and execute the overall strategy for affluent banking and wealth management segments in line with the end client's growth objectives. 
• Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of affluent banking products, including investment options, savings products, and premium service offerings. 
• Digital Excellence: Collaborate with digital teams to improve mobile and online banking experiences tailored for affluent clients. 
• Client Engagement: Implement programs to improve service levels, customer engagement, and long-term retention of premium segment clients.
• Performance Management: Deliver KPIs related to assets under management (AUM) growth, affluent segment penetration, and premium client loyalty scores 

KPIs:

• Timely rollout of new affluent banking products and services.
• Increase in AUM and affluent customer base. 
• Improved digital engagement metrics within affluent segments.
• Measurable uplift in client satisfaction and retention rates. 

Knowledge & Experience:

• Prior experience in affluent banking, wealth management, or private banking roles. 
• Strong knowledge of investment products, deposit schemes, and premium service offerings.
• Proven track record in delivering high-end client experiences and driving commercial results in the banking sector. 
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Turkish, or Russian
• Preferably based in Azerbaijan
