Our client is a UK-based consulting firm seeking a strong Change Management Consultant to support a critical client engagement. Their end client is a global enterprise in the FMCG/Drinks sector.
This is an initial contract based in Barcelona with the project likely to run for up to 2 years. The organisation is undergoing a major SAP transformation programme impacting global supply chain operations, specifically planning and logistics.
Ideal Profile
- Experience implementing change within large global / multi-national organisations a must have
- Experience in global supply chain, planning and logistics required
- Spanish and English language proficiency required
- Proven experience and expertise in SAP transformation change management
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering effective change management plans aligned to the SAP transformation programme across planning and logistics functions;
- Leading change management activities with minimal supervision, understanding the product and business context to identify what is needed to ensure adoption and effective implementation;
- Designing and implementing change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans, in line with the broader change management framework;
- Working closely with global stakeholders across multiple cultures to drive ownership of change activities and build change capability within the organisation;
- Supporting the development of a change playbook for ongoing use by product and transformation teams.
