Project Overview

Our client, a global payments firm, is seeking a Campaign/Portfolio Manager for their Managed Services team in Consulting and Analytics.


Responsibilities

Portfolio/Campaign Management

  • Understand current portfolio initiatives and priorities as agreed upon by the client’s key stakeholders.
  • Create program frameworks for activation, engagement, and retention by identifying focus groups based on product types and customer segments, and align definitions with the Portfolio and Product teams to define target segments.
  • Provide support to create and operationalize the campaign design and delivery framework in conjunction with the client’s cross-functional teams, including assistance in list generation, communication mix design, and channel attribution.
  • Support the monitoring of campaign effectiveness and establish communication protocols with key stakeholder groups, including effective feedback loops.
  • Drive offer communication by optimizing messaging and channel mix.
  • Design client campaigns, support execution, and oversee performance to ensure the desired impact.
  • Set up review and monitoring frameworks for program performance before, during, and after campaign periods.
  • Manage allocated project deliverables within quality standards and budget.
  • Structure documents and project deliverables, leveraging insights from data and client inputs.


Client Management

  • Manage projects, owning all client deliverables and discussions within the project.
  • Navigate complex team dynamics.
  • Lead engagements independently, seeking guidance as needed while ensuring full ownership of the engagement.
  • Influence across multiple teams with which they work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in marketing.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience managing marketing campaigns and/or experience in credit card or debit card portfolio/campaign management.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of current marketing trends.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running simultaneously.
