Our client is a leading regional consumer goods company with a strong presence across Asia with a major focus in alcoholic beverages. They are seeking to onboard a Senior Manager in the Group Finance department for 3-4 months.
The Senior Manager will work closely with the SVP of Group Finance, supporting critical financial operations and strategic decision-making across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance operations and support controllership activities, including financial control, planning, and reporting.
- Lead month-end close activities and ensure accurate consolidation of group financials.
- Review and monitor annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and KPI tracking across business units.
- Conduct variance analysis and reporting against budgets, forecasts, and historical performance.
- Collaborate with AHSEA teams and external auditors to manage the annual audit process.
- Support the development and implementation of financial governance, internal controls, and reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and financial process improvements.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to internal teams.
Ideal Profile:
- ACCA-qualified or equivalent.
- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 10–15 years of finance experience, including a minimum of 5 years in audit.
- Strong background in managing finance projects and reporting functions.
- Hands-on experience in financial operations and stakeholder engagement.
- Exposure to FMCG or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with finance systems, tools, and strong Excel/analytical skills.
