Project Overview

A leading financial institution is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join its Consumer Finance team for a 6-month full-time engagement. The consultant will play a key role in supporting the growth of the organisation’s Business Credit product line, contributing to the design and delivery of complex, personalised customer communications.

 

This role will collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager and engage cross-functionally with teams such as product, legal, brand, and compliance. The role requires a data-informed mindset and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively in a fast-paced marketing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and optimise customer lifecycle management campaigns to support acquisition, cross-sell, upgrades, and retention of business credit customers.
  • Partner with the Senior Product Manager to define and implement strategic marketing initiatives that align with performance and growth targets.
  • Work across cross-functional teams - including product, legal, corporate affairs, brand, and compliance - to align messaging and ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Translate complex customer data and insights into targeted, actionable marketing strategies.
  • Support uplift of internal marketing capability by introducing best practices and building structure around campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Contribute to improving the team’s marketing rigour, including clearer metrics, lifecycle strategy, and customer segmentation approaches.

 

 

Your Background

 

Essential:


  • Manager-level marketing experience with a focus on business credit cards, business lending, or credit cards more broadly.
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, including campaign design, execution, and measurement.
  • Ability to work in a banking or financial services environment, with familiarity in performance metrics, KPIs, and credit card P&L levers.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to operate both at a hands-on and capability-building level.

 

Desirable:

 

  • Exposure to Adobe MarTech stack or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience uplifting marketing operations or internal campaign capability within a team.
