Project Overview

We are supporting a global strategy consulting firm that is seeking part-time operational support for their Bangkok office. The successful candidate will work closely with client development, legal, finance, and consulting teams to coordinate responses to client requests and manage procurement processes. The role will average 1–2 days per week on a contract expected to last up to 12 months.


The role is ideal for someone highly organized and proactive, with a strong understanding of proposal management and consulting service coordination, especially in a high-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Familiarity with the professional services sector, particularly management consulting or working with state-owned enterprises (SOEs), is highly valued.


Candidates must be based in Thailand and fluent in both English and Thai.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinate and prepare responses to RFPs and commercial requests from strategic clients
  • Liaise with Partners and internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Procurement) to gather required documentation
  • Attend RFP clarification meetings and prepare summaries for senior stakeholders
  • Manage vendor registrations and maintain presence on client e-procurement platforms
  • Screen and verify incoming business leads, align with relevant partners on next steps
  • Support account management processes, including updates to key contacts and leadership info
  • Coordinate invoicing activities with the Finance team where needed
  • Recommend improvements and process enhancements to address operational roadblocks
  • Provide occasional administrative support (calls, email routing, meeting notes, etc.)


Your Background

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, legal firm, or professional services environment
  • Strong track record in proposal coordination, client service, or consulting procurement
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities
  • Experience working with SOEs is preferred
  • Prior exposure to global consulting service procurement processes is a plus
