Our client, a consultancy firm is supporting a leading insurance company on a critical healthy lifestyle product initiative, is seeking experienced UX/UI Designers to join ongoing product work. This is a one-year contract where the designer will be seconded to the insurance company, contributing to web and mobile product development.

The core of the role is delivering production-ready screens and prototypes based on product vision and design systems. The designer will be expected to work independently across UX and UI disciplines, collaborating with remote teams of product managers, engineers, and other designers.

What you will be doing

• Designing responsive and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications

• Creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes using Figma

• Interpreting user research to inform design decisions

• Working closely with product and engineering teams to align on implementation feasibility

• Using and contributing to an established enterprise design system

• Supporting experimentation through A/B testing or quick validation techniques

• Participating in Agile delivery sprints

• For lead-level profiles: co-facilitating ideation workshops and helping visualize early-stage ideas for stakeholder validation

Your background

• 5–7+ years’ experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile

• Demonstrated strength in Figma (prototyping, UI, wireframes)

• Experience designing within design systems

• Familiarity with Agile environments and remote collaboration

• Knowledge of usability testing and rapid validation methods (e.g., Maze)

• Awareness of front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS (not for coding, but collaboration)

• Strong independent contributor, capable of end-to-end design thinking

• Strong written and visual communication skills
