Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking a senior consultant to lead its partnerships and loyalty program strategy as part of a broader customer engagement and retention initiative. This is a high-impact role focused on building a differentiated value proposition through strategic alliances and experiences, beyond conventional points-based loyalty.
This initiative is core to the clients ongoing customer lifecycle transformation, with a focus on enhancing engagement through curated partnerships. The consultant will play a pivotal role in designing and executing a compelling program that elevates customer stickiness and brand preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partnerships strategy with key consumer-facing brands
- Design and manage exclusive customer experiences and offers across categories aligned with premium card segments
- Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle: sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with product managers, marketing, analytics, and customer experience teams to ensure aligned delivery.
- Influence loyalty program design with a focus on experiential benefits rather than points accumulation.
- Monitor competitive landscape and continuously innovate to differentiate the bank’s offering.
Your Background
- 12–20 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliance management, or product management within banking, hospitality, travel, or consumer tech.
- Proven track record of building and scaling loyalty or engagement programs with premium brands.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders.
- Prior experience working with or managing premium customer segments is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and execution ownership.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
The engagement is based in Gurgaon and is expected to start in the coming weeks. The initial contract will be for 12 months, with potential for extension based on project performance and business needs.
