Project Overview

Our client, a Global Payments Firm is currently engaged in a project with a leading bank in Saudi Arabia. To support with this, our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Relationship Manager (RM) to support the launch and distribution of new Corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) Card proposition.


This individual will play a key role in driving commercial card adoption among our existing multinational and large corporate clients by partnering closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) across the Corporate Banking division.


Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities 


  • Collaborate with Corporate Banking RMs to identify and engage prospective T&E card clients within the bank's multinational and large corporate portfolio. 
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for T&E card solutions, from opportunity identification and pitch delivery to deal structuring and onboarding.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the Corporate T&E Card, including process efficiency, cost savings, control benefits, and reporting tools.
  • Conduct product demos and coordinate technical or operational deep-dives with internal experts as needed. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders (product, operations, implementation teams) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. 
  • Track pipeline activity, maintain CRM updates, and report sales performance regularly to senior leadership.
  • Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to help refine the T&E card offering over time. 

Knowledge and Experience 


  • 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking sales and relationship management  
  • Proven track record in B2B solution selling, particularly to CFOs, Treasurers, or Procurement Heads. 
  • Strong understanding of T&E or commercial card programs, expense management, and payments infrastructure. 
  • Experience working with or selling to multinational and large corporate clients. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and client coverage teams

Preferred Qualifications 


  • Prior experience in launching or scaling a commercial card or T&E program is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with card platforms, ERP integrations, and reporting tools is an advantage. 

This is a contractual opportunity for 12 months. This role is based in Riyadh, KSA.
