This role is based in Singapore and sits within the global retail banking partnerships team of one of the largest MNC banks. The core focus is on successfully implementing partnerships (predominantly technology focused) signed by the deal team ensuring integration and benefit realisation while maintaining a strong relationship with all partners within the allocated portfolio.
The deal team are currently struggling with capacity and require someone to join immediately for an initial 6 month contract with the option to extend or move to permanent if mutually agreed.
Role Scope:
- Support the Global Deal Team Lead by implementing partnership development strategies
- Full participation in the critical phases of the Deal Cycle (Strategy, Structuring, Negotiations, and Closure)
- Responsible for the execution of the partnership deal post agreement, including implementation, integration and benefit realisation
- Responsible for the partner relationship ensuring target outcomes are achieved
- Maintain liaison between the Bank and partner(s)
- Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure successful and smooth onboarding of partners and work closely with tech teams
- Execute digital-led propositions to serve clients at a lower cost
- Facilitate the collaboration between business, ITO, Regions and Countries on technology decisions to ensure greater standardization, deployment scale and speed to market.
- Track and measure performance of partnerships and develop plans with country to achieve business and revenue targets
- Track and evaluate performance of new partnerships against business model projections
Requirements:
- Experience in working in B2B focused deal/partnership teams
- Experience in working with tech teams/projects
- Demonstrated revenue growth in digital partnerships in a regional/global environment
- 5+ years of sales/business development/B2B partnerships/Relationship Management in Finance/Banking
- Experience of building partnerships from ground up
- Financial product experience in Wealth, Trading, and Insurance
