Our client, a global consulting firm, is engaged with an automotive OEM and is preparing to launch a new digital consumer product in the form of a mobile application. The app is aimed at strengthening engagement with the OEM’s existing customer base.
As part of this broader digital adoption and agile marketing initiative, the client is looking to bring on board a seasoned product marketing expert with deep expertise in database marketing and performance-driven campaign strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) and campaign strategy for the digital product launch, with a focus on database-driven marketing rather than social media.
- Design and lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize engagement levers such as time-of-day and day-of-week targeting.
- Drive CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) optimization by identifying key performance drivers and advising on cost-effective acquisition strategies.
- Partner with client stakeholders to co-create campaign designs and performance dashboards; educate teams on digital marketing best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
- Provide insights and strategic counsel based on hands-on experience with similar digital-native platforms.
Your Background
- 10+ years of experience in digital product marketing, with a strong foundation in database marketing and agile experimentation.
- Proven track record working with new-age consumer brands or within the BFSI/consumer tech ecosystem.
- Expertise in A/B testing, CAC optimization, campaign design, and hands-on digital marketing execution.
- Prior experience working in or with automotive OEMs is a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead client-facing conversations and influence decision-making.
Other Information
- The project is based in Gurgaon and will require on-site presence.
- It is a 12-month contract with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
