PEP South Africa requires the services of a business analyst to work within their Client Solutions division on multiple projects for an initial 6 months. This role is primarily on-site at their Parow office in Cape Town.

This role requires an experienced BA with a breadth of experience, who can quickly figure things out and deliver, regardless of the project being worked on. In this department you will be working on roles primarily in marketing, but may also be pulled into finance initiatives.

Key requirements:

• A degree, with formal qualification in Business Analysis desirable
• 5 to 10 years' experience as a BA
• Experience in a Retail and/or Marketing environments will be highly advantageous
• Ideal marketing experience: Campaigns, customer journey mapping, voice of the customer
• Financial services / online commerce experience will be advantageous
• Project management experience will help
• Experience with Salesforce will be a highly beneficial
• Knowledge of Google-Suite software will be advantageous
• A self-starter who is a good communicator
