Project Overview

Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Transformation Manager who will be overseeing the execution and implementation of recommendations provided by IMK or Advisors teams in multiple projects. This role will act as the primary coordination point, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. 


Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Implementation around: New product (new cards, packages, etc.), Card portfolio optimization, Performance improvement, Loyalty offers and new benefits and other

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, client senior management and team members, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project execution. Acting as a single point of contact in relation to the implementation projects

• Analytics and Insights: Support client team with presentation of data analysis and insights (based on consulting team outputs)

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements

• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress

• Project Delivery: Execution of projects on time, within scope, and within budget

• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback from stakeholders regarding project communication and outcomes


Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., project management, banking, engineering, technology)

• 5-10 years+ of experience in project management, with a focus on end-to-end project management of complex projects within the banking / payment's domain. Consulting background is a plus

• Strong project management skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello)

• Experience working on banking / payment product launches and solution deployments

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks

• Experience managing schedules, and resources, with a focus on delivering projects on time to the required quality standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
