Project Overview

Our client, a globally recognised luxury automotive brand based in Australia, is seeking a Retail Marketing Assistant to support the development, approval, and management of retailer-facing marketing materials. Working closely with internal marketing teams and local retailers, the consultant will ensure all marketing assets are brand-compliant, engaging, and easily deployable in-market.


This B2C-focused role will involve coordinating the creation of retailer activation kits, managing digital asset libraries via Sesame and Yext, and providing light graphic design support. The successful talent will be a self-motivated marketing coordinator or junior designer with a strong eye for detail, clear communication, and the ability to work across a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.


Key Activities:


  • Create and update PowerPoint-based activation kits to support retailer marketing campaigns.
  • Upload and manage marketing assets across digital platforms including Sesame and Yext.
  • Review retailer-submitted marketing requests and campaigns for brand compliance.
  • Provide minor graphic design edits using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
  • Support the ongoing update of localised retailer websites.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of assets.
  • Assist with general administrative support and campaign tracking.


Your Background:


Essential:

  • 2–5 years' experience in marketing coordination, retail marketing, or graphic design roles
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing creative assets
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms or CMS tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and aligned with Australian business hours


Desirable:

  • Experience with asset/content platforms such as Yext or Sesame
  • Automotive, retail, or luxury goods industry experience
  • Experience working with marketing or creative agencies
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and retail campaign execution
