A leading mining contractor in Indonesia is undergoing an operating model redesign and is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive the transition. This role will focus on managing stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and process improvements to ensure successful adoption of the new operating model.

The consultant will work full-time, on-site in Indonesia (Jakarta preferred) for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension based on project needs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Change Management & Communication Strategy:
• Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate a smooth transition
• Lead communication strategies to ensure organization-wide alignment
• Identify and manage resistance points, ensuring strong adoption of the new model
• Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:
• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and training sessions to promote alignment
• Process Improvement & Organization Design:
• Contribute to process improvement efforts, ensuring efficiency in the redesigned operating model
• Support organization restructuring and workforce alignment as required
• Presentation & Reporting Support:
• While not mandatory, the ability to assist in slide design and presentations is a plus
• Prepare structured documentation and progress reports for leadership review

Your Background

Must Have:

• Experience:
• Proven track record in leading change management initiatives, ideally in operating model redesign within the mining industry
• Expertise in stakeholder management, communication planning, and resistance management
• Hands-on experience in process improvement, organization design, or restructurin
• Language:
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Location:
• Based in Indonesia (Jakarta preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Background in top consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte)
• Experience with slide design and presentations for leadership teams
