Our client is initiating a pilot implementation of a group-wide, cloud-based Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool. This 7-month project is strategically important, requiring strong leadership to navigate both technology implementation and the complex change management across the group.
Role Overview:
We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation and adoption of the CLM tool. Given the group-wide scope, stakeholder management and change leadership will be critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the CLM tool.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple business units.
- Drive change management, ensuring adoption and alignment with business processes.
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to ensure smooth deployment.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and budget, ensuring on-time delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading technology implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work in a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Experience in contract management systems is advantageous.
- Availability for part-time allocation (~50%) over 7 months.
