Project Overview

Our client is seeking an Analyst/Consultant to support a climate risk modelling project. This role will work with a Manager and another Analyst/Consultant within a project team, focusing on one of two work streams; data gathering, risk modelling, and scenario analysis to assess the exposure of hospitals to a range of climate-related risks. The findings will inform risk mitigation and adaptation strategies.


The ideal talent will have experience in climate risk modelling, data analytics, and exposure assessment methodologies.


Key Activities:


  • Data Gathering & Processing: Collect and standardise climate risk data across the hospital network.
  • Climate Scenario Analysis: Apply risk models to assess potential climate impacts under various scenarios.
  • Mitigation & Adaptation Strategies: Develop operational and long-term strategies to manage climate risks, including insurance considerations and facility resilience planning.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to validate data assumptions and ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Final Report Development: Produce a structured report and recommendations, aligned with industry and regulatory expectations.


Your Background:

  • Experience: 3–6 years in climate risk modelling, sustainability consulting, and/or data analytics.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Experience with climate risk modelling tools.
  • Strong understanding of climate exposure assessment methodologies.
  • Skills:
  • Quantitative analysis, data visualisation, and risk assessment techniques.
  • Ability to translate technical data into practical, actionable business recommendations.
