Our client is a tier 1 global management consulting firm who are working closely with a government body to develop a 2030 strategy for SMEs, focusing on defining and sizing addressable markets, understanding market dynamics, and identifying value creation opportunities. This effort will also support the roll-out of key initiatives across industries, including precision therapeutics, payments, and marine logistics.
The selected contractor will play a critical role in leading the relationship with three SMEs, driving insights into customer and competitor landscapes, and estimating the size of the prize for identified value creation levers. This is a full-time engagement based in Singapore, lasting until October 2025.
What You Will Be Doing
- Strategic Market Analysis:
- Define and size the addressable market for the SMEs
- Analyze market dynamics, including customer behavior and competitor landscapes
- Identify and assess key value creation levers and estimate their potential impact
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for three SMEs in precision therapeutics, payments, and marine logistics
- Collaborate closely with SME stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives with their business goals
- Implementation and Support:
- Assist in the roll-out of initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overarching 2030 strategy
- Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to support decision-making
Your Background
Must Have:
- Prior experience in strategy consulting with ex-MBB experience at the Consultant level
- Strong background in life sciences
- Proficiency in English for communication and reporting
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with industries such as payments and marine logistics
- Experience working in SME-focused strategic initiatives
