Key Responsibilities

The UAT Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing and executing testing strategies, managing UAT processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing test artifacts, executing tests, and providing detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including progress reviews and securing UAT sign-off.
• Collaborating within the squad and with broader stakeholders to align on testing requirements and outcomes.
• Utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence to document and track testing progress.
• Driving effective communication with stakeholders to ensure clarity on project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in testing, particularly in digital banking projects.
• Proficiency in designing and executing testing strategies and managing UAT processes.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
