Our client is a boutique investment management firm based in Southeast Asia. They are seeking an experienced Risk Engineer to shadow their risk inspection team for a two-week engagement. The project focuses on evaluating the insurer's policies, procedures, and tools while observing risk inspections at client sites. The engagement will culminate in a detailed report providing insights and recommendations.
This role requires a seasoned professional with hands-on expertise in risk engineering, gained from working with international insurance companies. The engagement is on-site and offers the opportunity to provide actionable recommendations that enhance the client's risk management practices.
What You Will Be Doing
- Policy and Procedure Review:
- Assess the insurer's existing policies, procedures, and tools for risk inspection and management.
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in the current risk engineering framework.
- On-Site Risk Inspection:
- Shadow the client's risk inspection team during on-site inspections at client locations.
- Observe and evaluate risk assessment practices, offering insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Recommendations:
- Prepare a comprehensive report summarizing observations and providing actionable recommendations.
- Present findings to both the insurer and Triple P, ensuring clarity and alignment with their goals.
Your Background
Must Have:
- Experience Range: Significant career experience as a Risk Engineer with an international insurance company.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment, policy evaluation, and on-site inspection practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and recommend improvements.

- Familiarity with mid-market insurance practices.
