Project Overview

Our client is seeking a BA/Product Manager to lead the roadmap creation and delivery of merchant-focused initiatives. This role is part of an Acquiring Squad and will focus on blending product management and business analysis responsibilities, delivering scheme compliance projects, and implementing scheme tokenisation solutions for eCommerce products.


The ideal talent will have a strong technical and functional background in payments, eCommerce, or SaaS projects, with demonstrated expertise in roadmap delivery and compliance.


Key Activities:


  • Roadmap Creation & Delivery: Develop and execute roadmaps for merchant initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Scheme Compliance: Lead the delivery of scheme compliance projects, ensuring all products and processes adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Tokenisation Implementation: Implement scheme tokenisation solutions for eCommerce products, ensuring seamless integration and customer-centric functionality.
  • Blend Product Management & Business Analysis: Articulate and prioritise business requirements, work with engineering and business teams to design technical solutions, and oversee go-to-market strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with engineering teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external scheme regulations.


Your Background:


  • Experience:
  • 3+ years in Product Manager and Business Analyst roles.
  • Proven track record in roadmap delivery for merchant-focused initiatives.
  • Experience delivering scheme compliance projects and implementing tokenisation solutions for eCommerce products.
  • Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture, payment systems, and compliance standards for schemes.
  • Expertise in eCommerce, merchant acquiring, or SaaS solutions.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Mindset: Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering innovative and scalable solutions.
