Our client is a global management consulting firm who are seeking a bilingual consultant (English + Korean) to support a high-priority project focused on the Korean market. This role involves conducting senior-level stakeholder interviews in Korean and English, synthesizing insights, and providing analytical support related to venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) deals.
The engagement will start on 6th January and last for 4-5 weeks, requiring full-time commitment based on scheduled interviews. While candidates based in Singapore, Korea, or other Southeast Asian countries are preferred, all qualified candidates with relevant expertise are encouraged to apply.
What You Will Be Doing
- Stakeholder Interviews:
- Independently conduct senior stakeholder interviews with private equity and venture capital firms in Korean and English
- Extract and synthesize key insights from these high-level conversations and deliver concise summaries
- Data Analysis:
- Perform moderate-complexity analyses related to VC/PE deals using Excel or other tools
- Provide actionable insights to support the project objectives
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the project team to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality outputs
- Participate in discussions to integrate insights into the overall project deliverables
Your Background
Must Have:
- Fluency in Korean and English (verbal and written proficiency)
- Proven experience in consulting with the ability to conduct executive-level interviews independently
- Strong Excel analysis skills with experience in VC/PE environments or related analytical roles
Nice to Have:
- Background in venture capital (VC) or private equity (PE)
- Experience working in the Korean market with a solid understanding of local business practices
