Project Overview

Our client, an enterprise cloud provider, is seeking an experienced HCM Cloud Consultant to contribute to their Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support projects for their end client in the Retail sector. This role focuses on requirement gathering, configuration, user training, and ensuring seamless integration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.


The consultant will play a key role in assisting with business process adoption, migration of legacy data, and alignment with best practices. Success will be measured by meeting project milestones and delivering functional and tested Oracle HCM Cloud solutions tailored to client requirements.


What you will be doing

  • Configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll and Talent Management.
  • Leading business process workshops and advising on adopting Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
  • Assisting integration teams in building, configuring, and testing integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party/custom solutions.
  • Supporting data migration for Talent Management systems and helping retire legacy systems.
  • Conducting process familiarization workshops to demonstrate cloud solution configurations.
  • Designing and developing functional specifications and assisting developers with technical specifications.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for Talent Management systems and processes.
  • Developing acceptance test scenarios and participating in testing activities.
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting risks and issues to project management.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and introducing best practices for IT HR processes.


Your background

  • 4–8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional roles.
  • Familiarity with local HR laws, cultural nuances, and board processes is a must.
  • Experience with at least 1–2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
  • Functional expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including one or more of the following: Oracle Global Human Resources, Benefits, Global Payroll, Global Payroll Interface, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation.
  • Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle Cloud Goal Management, Performance Management, and Talent Review and Succession Planning.
  • Experience supporting configuration, integration, and migration of Talent Management systems.
  • SAP HCM experience who have implemented at least one Oracle HCM Cloud implementation are encouraged to apply.
