Our client, a global leader in payments solutions, is seeking an Arabic speaking Manager, Key Account Management to join their Bahrain team. This position is essential in driving the company’s expansion within the Bahraini market. Working closely with the Country Manager and key stakeholders, this role will focus on executing market strategy, driving profitable revenue growth, and expanding the firm’s solutions and services portfolio.
The role requires strategic leadership and direct interaction with senior executives internally and externally, helping to shape a collaborative team culture. The Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships at various levels, setting account-specific sales strategies, and achieving growth in market share, volume, and revenue. Success will be measured by the ability to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and effectively deliver solutions that meet client needs.
What You Will Be Doing
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Lead and manage customer relationships across multiple business lines.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities, providing customized solutions and consulting support for the firm's products.
- Strategic Sales Execution:
- Set and execute sales strategies aligned with the market strategy to achieve sales goals, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
- Manage strategic pipeline development at both account and market levels.
- Deliver against sales and net revenue targets within a fast-paced, matrix organization.
- Business Planning and Development:
- Partner with customers to establish, execute, and report on annual business plans.
- Develop and implement sales plans that encompass business development, marketing, and product management.
- Analyze customer business using profitability modelling, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Complex Negotiations:
- Build and expand relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Lead projects and cross-functional initiatives while overseeing complex negotiations.
- Collaborate on agreements execution and deliver on commitments for existing contracts.
- Market Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert on payments and market landscape.
- Identify and recommend products to enhance customer profitability.
- Regular travel as needed to support market and account activities.
Your Background
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales and Account Management, with a proven record of managing complex or large accounts.
- Expertise in the payments ecosystem, digital transformation, and customer experience.
- Demonstrated success in senior-level customer negotiations and strategic pipeline management.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and ability to build complex business cases.
- Excellent communication skills, with dynamic speaking abilities and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of global payments products, network rules, and services.
- Language:
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
