A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced GenAI Tech Lead to spearhead the development and deployment of a conversational AI bot program. This role will focus on leveraging advanced generative AI and NLP (Natural Language Processing) technologies to create an intelligent, secure, and responsive bot capable of enhancing customer experience, streamlining internal operations, and supporting various financial services use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Define the roadmap, objectives, and success metrics for the bot development program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Technical Strategy & Architecture: Design and implement the architecture for the GenAI bot solution, ensuring scalability, security, and data privacy.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and UX designers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and agile practices.
- AI Model Development: Oversee the development and training of large language models (LLMs), NLP algorithms, and other AI models specific to the institution's needs, ensuring high levels of accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
- Integration & Deployment: Guide the integration of the bot with core systems (Microsoft platform), APIs, and external services, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the bot complies with financial regulatory requirements, data protection laws, and company policies, working closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
- Performance Monitoring: Set up monitoring systems to track the bot’s performance, user satisfaction, error rates, and areas for improvement. Implement continuous learning models for real-time enhancement of the bot's responses.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including customer service, IT, product, and risk teams, to align bot functionalities with organizational goals and address any technical or functional requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation on architecture, models, workflows, and code. Report program progress and key insights to executive management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI technologies.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of AI models in production environments.
- Financial Industry Experience:
- Solid understanding of financial services industry protocols, specifically Insurance use case experience
- Leadership:
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and large-scale AI projects, ideally within financial services.
- Strong project management skills and experience working in agile environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.
