Our client, a global consulting firm is seeking a skilled Loyalty Manager for a 12-month engagement based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The selected candidate will work closely with the AVP, Loyalty & Partnerships, to manage and optimize a major bank's loyalty programs, focusing on campaign configuration, financial impact monitoring, and card-specific engagement strategies. This role supports the bank's larger initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, optimize costs, and drive engagement through carefully managed rewards and experiences, with success assessed by meeting campaign goals, optimizing loyalty costs, and improving ROI.
