We are looking for an expert who can provide strategic guidance and implement best practices in cost optimisation and process improvement at the US FDA-approved plant, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while achieving operational excellence.
Key Deliverables:
- Assessment of Current Operations:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes and workflows at the plant.
- Identify inefficiencies and areas where cost reduction can be achieved without compromising quality or compliance
- Process Optimisation:
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Introduce lean manufacturing principles or other methodologies that will drive continuous improvement in the plant's operations.
- Cost Optimization:
- Analyse the plant's cost structure and identify key cost drivers
- Propose actionable recommendations for cost reduction across various functions, including labor, materials, and energy consumption.
- Regulatory Compliance Assurance:
- Ensure all proposed changes and process improvements adhere to USFDA standards and guidelines
- Work closely with the quality assurance and regulatory teams to maintain compliance throughout the transformation process
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with the client’s consulting team, plant management, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and successful implementation of cost-saving initiatives
- Reporting and Continuous Monitoring:
- Provide regular reports on the progress of the optimisation initiatives
