Project Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive the successful implementation of a platform solution that supports streamlined end-to-end business processes. The role involves engaging with senior stakeholders to document business requirements, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure the delivery of robust, user-friendly solutions that meet regulatory, security, and operational standards.

This is a critical project, with a key focus on stakeholder management and business process improvement, and offers the opportunity for immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct and participate in stakeholder workshops to document business requirements, identify solution opportunities, and align business processes with platform capabilities.
  • Collaboration with Business Process Manager: Ensure that the proposed solutions support streamlined end-to-end business processes, working closely with the Business Process Manager.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Provide detailed, business-focused requirements and acceptance criteria for software development, ensuring that non-functional requirements (e.g., regulatory, security, operational) are fully addressed.
  • Software Development Support: Collaborate with the development team to configure the platform, integrate with other systems, and provide the necessary business analysis to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders and the project team, providing regular updates and escalating issues when needed.
  • Testing & Product Acceptance: Write Business/User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and support product acceptance for delivered solutions.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for the project, including business analysis, operational process changes, and a traceability matrix to ensure comprehensive process coverage.
  • Operational Process Uplift: Work closely with business stakeholders to assess and document operational process improvements that align with project goals.
