Our client is a large regional FMCG firm who are looking for a highly experienced Procurement Organization Design Specialist to join their team for a strategic project with a global leader in the seafood industry based in Bangkok. This role involves designing and implementing a centralized procurement organization in close collaboration with the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO). The project will span over six months, with the possibility of converting into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Organization Design: Lead the design and implementation of a central procurement organization, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaboration with CPO: Work directly with the Chief Procurement Officer to develop and optimize procurement processes and organizational structure.
• Process Design: Conduct requirement gathering, baselining, gap analysis, and target state design to create efficient procurement processes.
• Strategic Sourcing: Provide expertise in direct and indirect material procurement to enhance the company's sourcing strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of the new procurement organization.

Key Qualifications

• Experience:
• Strong understanding of procurement organization and strategic sourcing processes.
• Expertise in both direct and indirect material procurement.
• Familiarity with process design, including requirement gathering, baselining, gap analysis, and target state design.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer product procurement functions is advantageous.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, and Thai speaking is preferred.
• Location: Based in Bangkok, Thailand.
