Project Overview

Our client, a leading IT Consulting firm is currently engaged with a key player in the Financial Services sector and is seeking experienced Palantir Foundry Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support critical initiatives focused on financial crime and fraud detection in Melbourne. This project will leverage the Palantir Foundry platform to enhance the client's capabilities in managing and mitigating financial crime risks.

The selected SMEs will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the platform's architecture and operations are optimised to meet current and future business needs, with a particular focus on data integration, model development, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of the Palantir Foundry platform to manage and enhance financial crime and fraud applications, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.
• Governance & Standards: Establish and maintain governance processes, including the creation of SOPs, architecture documentation, and customer-facing knowledge articles.
• Consultation & Best Practices: Provide expert consultation to clients on platform capabilities, assisting them in adopting best practices to optimise their operations.
• Integration & Analytics: Lead the integration of various data sources into the Palantir platform, develop data models, and implement analytics to support the client's objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other stakeholders, including Palantir developers, business analysts, and IT teams, to ensure successful project execution.
• Innovation & Improvement: Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for platform improvement, providing recommendations and implementing solutions to enhance performance.

Your Background

• Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and a minimum of 5 years in the industry working with various SaaS platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ontology, data integration, model development, and analytics within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of financial crime and fraud, with experience in implementing solutions in a high-stakes environment.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
