Opportunity overview

Our client, a regional leader in air cargo and food solutions, is seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to oversee the successful implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and other integrated systems. The client aims to enhance their HR and financial systems through these projects, ensuring efficient and effective processes across the organization.


The Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in a significant transformation initiative, which is part of the client’s broader strategy to improve operational efficiencies and enhance user satisfaction. Success in this project will be measured by timely delivery, adherence to budget and scope, and the overall quality of outcomes.


What you will be doing

  • Project Oversight: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget while meeting quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of project managers, consultants, and technical specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, and build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Resource Planning and Allocation: Plan and allocate resources (both internal and external) effectively to support project delivery and ongoing application maintenance.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed to ensure project success.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to project management best practices, IT governance policies, and regulatory requirements, maintaining documentation and audit trails as per organizational standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes, enhance system capabilities, and improve customer satisfaction.


Your background

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically managing large-scale implementations. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur is mandatory.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and IT governance frameworks.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.


Additional must-haves

  • Module Maintenance: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Learning Management, Succession & Development, Compensation, and Performance Management & Goals Management.
  • Batch Job Monitoring: Monitor and manage batch jobs within SuccessFactors to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
  • Integration Management: Proficiency in managing integrations with external systems using APIs and CSV files, with mandatory experience in CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
  • System Enhancements: Proven track record of implementing system enhancements to improve functionality, usability, performance, and stability of SuccessFactors.
  • Training Services: Develop and deliver training programs to educate end-users on new features and ensure optimal system utilization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SuccessFactors modules and integrations. Recommend and implement continuous improvements and preventive maintenance strategies to enhance system effectiveness and user satisfaction.
