Opportunity Overview
The project is based in Riyadh, KSA and our client is looking for a professional with 11 to 15 years of sales and business development experience in the commercial cards sector. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working in a financial institution setting, contributing to both card and invoice-led flows. This is part of a significant initiative aimed at commercial card sales, aiming to expand, maintain, and convert a robust pipeline of large market opportunities for the financial institution. Success will be gauged based on key performance indicators such as Gross Dollar Volume (GDV), pipeline size and conversion, deal activation rates, and other strategic and tactical KPIs that may be added from time to time.

This project will have a 12-month term (extendable), with an attractive budget. You should be able to generate and follow up on leads independently, have good communication skills, and be eager to innovate. An active participant in team settings, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of success. As this project feeds into other important initiatives within the company, there will be regular progress update meetings, steering committee meetings, and regular reporting on progress status.
